What is Op-amp B of NJU7890 used for?

The Op-amp B of NJU7890 is intended to amplify output of Op-amp A to upper limit of ADC input range.
It is free to use it for other purposes or not use it.

When Op-amp B is not necessary, constitute a voltage follower.
