When our surface mount device (SMD) products are mounted on a board, the number of times will be as follows.
Reflow Soldering should be performed twice or less.
In addition to the number of Reflow Soldering, only rework once.
*Some products and electronic device products starting with NJ have less than two reflow cycles, including rework.
